- Act as a brand ambassador, bringing core values to life on the shop floor.
- Analyse performance reports to identify opportunities and take commercial action.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching, and feedback.
- Drive customer loyalty and CRM engagement while ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Maintain outstanding store standards, visual merchandising, and operational compliance.
- Oversee in-store events and activations in collaboration with head office teams.
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience through strong service leadership.
