Become part of a venture capital-backed premium lab-grown diamond jewelry brand that is expanding from 7 to over 20 stores within the next year. As a Store Manager, you will oversee store operations, foster sales excellence, and develop a high-performing team to support this rapid retail growth.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store activities, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and enhancing the customer experience at the Mumbai and Thane locations.
• Meet sales objectives by coaching the team, monitoring performance, and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Lead a team of sales executives by overseeing recruitment, providing training, and fostering motivation.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure store security.
• Work closely with regional leadership to support store expansions and new store openings.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management, ideally within luxury jewelry or fashion sectors.
• Demonstrated success in boosting sales and leading teams effectively.
• Customer-centric approach with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to excel in a dynamic and fast-growing work environment.
