The Store Manager is responsible for all staffing, sales, and operations in a Scooter’s Coffee location. This role builds and leads a friendly, service-oriented barista team, sets a high-energy work pace, drives sales, increases profit, and demonstrates a transformative and engaging management style. The Store Manager exemplifies Scooter’s Coffee core values.

The Store Manager position is a full-time salaried position. In addition to salary, Store Manager’s will be offered a bonus structure based on reaching goals set by the Owner’s and/or District Manager as applicable.
