What You’ll Do:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of your store, responsible for operations, team leadership, and customer experience.

• Lead & Inspire Hire, train, and develop a strong team while fostering a positive, customer-first culture.
• Drive Results Manage inventory, analyze sales, and implement strategies to boost profitability.
• Deliver Excellence Ensure the store is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Customer Engagement Resolve issues with professionalism and care while building loyalty.
• Stay Compliant Oversee safety, security, cash management, and company policy adherence.
• Step Up Be flexible to support nearby stores and step into challenges with confidence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a proven leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments.

• Experience 5+ years as a retail supervisor, assistant manager, or store manager.
• Skills Strong leadership, communication, organization, and basic computer proficiency.
• Physical Abilities Stand for long periods, occasionally lift up to 30 lbs.
• Flexibility Willingness to work irregular shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Mobility Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and ability to travel as needed.

Compenation for this position begirs at 55,000 per year.

Candidates who DO NOT MEET qualifications may be considered for the Store Manager Trainee position starting at $18.00 per hour.
