As the Store Lead, you are self-driven and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, while consistently demonstrating servant leadership toward all team members. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate a positive atmosphere that offers fast, efficient, and friendly service. You will facilitate training, customer service, product knowledge, and education, promote safe work practices, and uphold Black Rock Coffee Bar's values, policies, and procedures. Store Leads oversee daily operations and lead by example, setting the tone for the success of each team member and location.

As the Store Lead, you are responsible for ensuring day-to-day success across your location through operational execution, Team Member development, and guest experience. Work Environment
This hourly, non-exempt role operates primarily in retail store and field settings and occasional travel for trainings, meetings, and openings. It also requires regular administrative work on site. You must be able to work in the following conditions and perform the following tasks:
