Job Description

The Store Keeper plays a crucial role in our Human Capital KSA Office, responsible for the smooth flow of goods and materials to support our restaurant operations. This role involves receiving deliveries, inspecting products, and organizing stock in designated storage areas, following strict hygiene and safety protocols.

• Receive deliveries and verify items against purchase orders.
• Inspect products for quality, expiration dates, and temperature control.
• Store items in appropriate areas: dry store, chiller, or freezer.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked storage environment.
• Implement FIFO/FEFO stock rotation methods for efficient inventory management.
• Record daily stock transactions accurately, ensuring data integrity.
• Issue items to kitchen and service teams as per approved requests.
• Conduct regular stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Report any shortages, damages, or expired items to the manager promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.

• Basic knowledge of food storage practices and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret invoices and maintain simple inventory records.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting, moving, and arranging stock safely.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams.
• Familiarity with stock rotation methods is an advantage.
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping.
