What You Will Do
Inspect all incoming shipments for accuracy, quality and compliance with airworthiness certificates, purchase/repair orders.
Identify, document and raise Discrepancy Report for any defects, damages or quality issues.
Perform necessary transactions in SAP as required.
Maintain documentation records for audit, traceability and reporting purposes.
Monitor shelf life and expiration dates of engine spares.
Ensure compliance with SOP's, aviation safety and quality standards.
Support internal and external audits.
Maintain a clean, organized and safe working environment.
To carry out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You Must Have
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Aviation, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
Prior experience in aviation warehousing or quality inspection is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office, SAP or relevant warehouse management systems.

Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Good problem solving skills.
Effective communication and strong teamwork abilities.
