Store Director
• Lead a high-volume luxury retail store with full ownership mindset, driving sales performance, team development, and an exceptional client experience
• Oversee store operations, financial performance, and team leadership in partnership with key managers
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while fostering a high-performance, service-driven culture
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive store sales, profitability, and key financial metrics including P&L performance
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed goals
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, clienteling, and store standards
Key Skills Required:
• Luxury retail leadership experience with strong sales performance track record
• Proven ability to develop teams and drive results in a high-touch environment
• Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills
