Are you a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for the retail industry and project management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Development Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Store Development Team!

As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects that shape the future of retail spaces. You will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate activities, resources, and communication among stakeholders, ensuring that each project meets high industry standards, stays on schedule, and within budget.

Day to Day, you will be involved with the following responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Drive the completion of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with creating and maintaining project schedules while coordinating tasks and resources to ensure smooth execution.
• Budget Management: Track project costs, ensuring that projects stay within budget, and report any variances.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and industry specifications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation, including schedules, status reports, and budget reports. Keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track.
• Stakeholder Communication: Foster clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to manage expectations and capture feedback.
• Problem Solving: Tackle project-related issues swiftly, minimizing delays, budget issues, or quality concerns.

To succeed in this role, You will need:
• Knowledge of the retail industry, construction, and production timelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand architectural drawings.
• The ability to travel locally and interstate ensuring all new store openings are carefully executed.
• Technical building operations knowledge, including legislative and management expertise.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to interpret technical data.
