We are currently recruiting for a Store Construction Project Managerto sit within the European team, based in ourParis office.You will be reporting into the Head of Store Construction, working cross functionally with store design, storedevelopmentand maintenance teams, as well as managing third party suppliers, across all markets.
You willbe responsible formanaging the project execution though all phases, from giving inputs on projects’ feasibility through handover to the store management team. The role offers travel across Europe, which is dependent on the projects youare responsible formanaging at one time.

What you willbe responsible for
Conducting regularlyvisitstore sites and work together with Store Design team and local architects to solve issues,monitorprogress of the construction and check quality of execution
Following closely the budget of each project, manage the variations to remain within budget and report regularly to the team manager
Creating budgeting and schedule for the project in the development phase. Support Design and Store Development teams toidentifythe scope of work and handover conditions
Supporting design team toidentifynecessary local code requirements and necessary documents for permitting
Leading bidding process,selectionand management of general contractors and suppliers
Selecting, propose, qualify, andprocureall design elements and ownerfurnishedmaterials of the store design concept. Developing a mix of suppliers that allow for theoptimaltradeoffsamong costs,installationand durability of materials
Leading post-project analyses and discussions,identifyopportunities and strive for continual process improvement
Developing andsubmittingCAPEX budget proposals for all new stores and improvements of existing stores
Ensuringtimelyapprovaland payment of all invoices in partnership with theAccountingdepartment
What we are looking for
Degree in Project management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management,architectureor equivalent
Minimum 6years' experiencein store construction roles, in retail/hospitality/FMCG industries or in a construction company or general contractor
Solid understanding of flagship and standard stores requirements and experience in roll-out store implementation
Experience working in multi-cultural environment
Fluent in Business English isa must, both written and verbal
Fluent in French would beadvantageous
Knowledge of Excel isa mustandAutocadis a plus
Ability to travel to multiple EU cities each week
Ability to work in teams but also independently
Ability to manage multiple projects at varying advancement stages simultaneously and deliver on time, in full and within budget despite aggressive schedules
