We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Store Business Manager to take charge of our Darwin store and make a real impact. If you’re passionate about people, thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, and know how to balance commercial performance with a positive team culture, this is your next big move.

You will role model what success looks like, setting the standard for customer excellence, fostering a positive collaborative workplace that drives accountability, strong engagement, and delivery of overall store performance and a customer focused sales culture.

As a Store Business Manager, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a large team to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day
  • Coach and develop your people, building capability and future leaders
  • Drive safety and wellbeing as a non-negotiable priority
  • Own overall store performance, maximise sales, margin, and driving profitability growth while managing expenses and commercial success
  • Champion operational excellence, ensuring compliance and high standards across the board
  • Connect day-to-day operations with big-picture strategy. Drive a clear, consistent message and translate business goals into simple, actionable steps that everyone can understand and deliver.

About you

You’re a proven, hands-on leader with experience guiding large, high-performing teams. Customer obsession and people empowerment are at the heart of everything you do. You’re a coach, a sales powerhouse, and a strategic thinker who spots opportunities others miss and turns them into results.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A background leading large retail teams (30+ minimum)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills with a people-first mindset
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L
  • Flexibility to work across our span of hours
  • A passion for creating a safe, positive, and high-performing culture
  • Strong ability to translate business strategy into a message that is easy to understand for your team and deliver
