Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure all incoming & outgoing goods are properly Count, Inspect & documented
2. Issuance of material on shop floor in Timely manner
3. Ensure all transaction must be recorded in ERP system.
4. Actively involved in Monthly stock take.
5. Inventory accuracy must be 100% Physical vs ERP
6. Ensure stock level is maintained properly based on consumption / Lead time to avoid any shortages.
7. Submit consumable items ordering request to purchase department.
8. Control the usage of paper and promote the usage of used one side paper for printing in your section.
9. Ensure routine tasks are completed daily.
10. Ensure best practice for Quality, H&S, & Environmental standards are followed.
11. Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with HSE rules/procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
12. If aware of any unsafe practice or unsafe condition they have an obligation to report to their Supervisor/Line Manager, or if in any doubt about the HSE of any situation, consult their Supervisor/Line Manager.
13. Obligation to report any accident, near-miss, dangerous occurrence or dangerous condition to their line management.
14. Not to participate in horseplay or place fellow employees in danger by their actions and to report any incidences of these.
15. Adhere to PBG’s HSE Policy

17. Honestly state any illnesses or any other minor & major issues during induction.
18. 100% PPE Compliance based on machine and area requirements.

21. Take reasonable care for the health and safety of others who may affected by their acts or omissions
22. Avoid wearing jewellery or loose clothing while inside shop-floor.
23. Trained in handling materials as heavy as 230mm x 4mtr Copper Conductor
24. Awareness proper usage of trollies and tables while transporting heavy materials.
25. Not to interfere with or misuse anything that's been provided for your health, safety or welfare
26. To report any and/or future injuries, strains or illnesses you or your colleagues suffer as a result of doing your job.
27. Familiar with the use of emergency equipment such as Fire Alarm Call Point and Fire Extinguishers.
28. Ensuring you are well trained in handling or operating machineries before starting your career in the organization.
29. Full knowledge in Safe Work Instruction.
30. Cooperate during drills for actual emergency preparedness.
31. Full knowledge in Emergency Assembly Procedure.
32. If you drive or operate machinery, you have a responsibility to tell your employer if you take medication that makes you drowsy
33. Knowledge in H&S Policy and Objectives.
34. Full knowledge in MSDS
35. Proper storage, handling and disposal of Chemicals or contaminated material.
36. Appropriate PPE for handling toxic Chemicals such as acids.
37. Trained in Overhead crane operation.
