1. Analyse, plan, and manage Store activities.
2. Receive, unpack, check, and store incoming raw materials and finished goods, practicing first-in-first-out (FIFO) methods.
3. Issue components and materials to the production team and handle returns from production.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory, including scanning codes, updating inventory management systems, and reporting discrepancies.
5. Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety/sanitation standards.
6. Prepare and pack outgoing finished orders for production and deliveryo ensure quality control.
10. Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
1. Candidate must at least possess a high school certificate with 3~5 years relevant working experience, preferably in related industry.
2. Required skill(s): Technical drawing
3. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
4. Experience in inventory of materials.
5. Able to work independently.
6. Must have demonstrated organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
