Are you passionate about coffee, wine, and providing exceptional guest experiences? The Stonehaus in the stunning Westlake Village Inn & Spa is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Barista to join our team!

Compensation: $16.90 per hour + tips

What You'll Do:

• Craft high-quality espresso, coffee, and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Provide excellent customer service to all guests, ensuring an inviting and friendly atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, equipment, and seating areas.
• Assist with wine bar service and recommend pairings to enhance the guest experience.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a barista is preferred but not required – we will provide training to the right candidate.
• Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about wine service.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand and walk for entire shift (up to 8 hours)
