Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
Design and implement automation workflows using Stonebranch UAC.
Develop custom scripts and plugins to extend the functionality of the UAC platform.
Ensure automation solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Configuration and Management:
Configure and manage Stonebranch UAC components and modules.
Set up job scheduling and monitoring processes.
Manage and optimize the performance of automation workflows.
Support and Maintenance:
Provide ongoing support for Stonebranch UAC solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Perform regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes and procedures.
Collaboration:
Work closely with IT, DevOps, and other departments to integrate Stonebranch solutions with other systems and applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
Provide training and support to internal teams on Stonebranch UAC functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated with industry trends and Stonebranch product updates, sharing knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
Proven experience of 7-10 years working with Stonebranch Universal Automation Center or similar automation tools.
Strong background in IT automation, job scheduling, and workflow orchestration.
Experience in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
Skills:
Proficiency in configuring and managing Stonebranch UAC.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases.
Certifications:
Stonebranch certification (if available) is a plus.
Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or similar are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
