Summary:
Experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager specializing in the planning, execution, and delivery of electronic security systems, with a strong focus on Access Control and CCTV solutions. Proven track record in managing complex, multi-site projects for commercial, government, and critical infrastructure sectors. Adept at leading cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- 8+ years of experience leading end-to-end project management for Access Control and CCTV system installations, upgrades, and integrations.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, security consultants, and technicians to define project specifications and ensure alignment with operational needs.
- Oversee system design, hardware procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
- Must have experience in the construction and security industry.
- Manage stakeholder communications, provide regular status reports, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate system performance and quality assurance during post-installation handover.
- Support post-project analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
