Job Location: Seattle - Stone - Tukwila, WA 98188
Salary Range: $30.00 - $50.00 Hourly

We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Technician to join our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install, program, start up, check out, certify, and provide customer training on assigned projects
- Run wiring, install hardware, and field terminate all devices
- Inspect and test systems, batteries, and wiring; adjust and repair as needed
- Replace malfunctioning hardware when necessary
- Ensure all installations comply with Stone Security standards and industry regulations
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, manuals, and specifications to determine installation procedures; may require assistance with more complex specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at job sites
- Perform other related duties as required
- Travel as needed for project assignments
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team, with opportunities to grow as Stone Security grows

Qualifications/Skills:
- Active EL06 license required
- Minimum 3 years of experience installing network camera systems (Milestone, Axis, Hanwha, Bosch)
- Minimum 3 years of experience installing security systems (DMP, Bosch)
- Minimum 3 years of experience installing access control systems (Lenel, S2)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of leading a security installation team
- Aptitude for networking, computers, and general IT preferred
Education/

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 3+ years of related work experience required
- On-the-job training may be provided
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to use hand and power tools for hardware installation
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders
- Physically able to install system hardware and wiring
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs at a time
