Job DetailsJob Location: Nashville TN - Nashville, TN 37211Stone Security LLC, a BearCom company, is a fast-growing security integration company.  We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly.
Job Summary
As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day administrative operations of our office are efficient and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming orders
Complete order fulfillment from the warehouse
Maintain a highly organized warehouse space and inventory
Track orders and inventory
General office administration to include but not limited to managing office supplies, inventory, and place orders as needed
Assist in coordination of service
Manage the opening and closing of services tickets
Assist with company events
Support management and team with administrative tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
NetSuite experience is a plus
JD Edwards experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
