Job Description

HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the overhaul and repair of aircraft components, is looking for a Stockroom Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced aviation environment where accuracy, organization, and efficiency are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise all stockroom activities such as receiving, storing, and issuing parts materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts
  • Lead, train, and evaluate stockroom personnel to ensure good performance and adherence to standard procedures
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure parts materials availability
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate

This position requires close attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

Skills and Education Experience

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in stockroom/warehouse
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and cycle counting
  • Familiarity with FAA regulations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Must be able to work in teams
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
  • Visual acuity to read labels, part numbers, and documentation
