Maple Leaf Foods is hiring for full-time shifts!

You must be legally eligible to work and currently residing in Canada.

The successful applicant must:

• Maintain the stock room for the right item at the right location along with receiving stock.
• Receive parts on a daily basis.
• Conduct all required cycle counts and keep track of the material receipt with shipping.
• Source the materials as required by Maintenance supervisor.
• Issue PO’s to the Maintenance Purchaser.
• Maintain and locate parts, follow standard operating procedures.
• Backup for various coordinator tasks when necessary.
• Adhere to all food safety, health & safety, HACCP, WHMIS and good manufacturing practices guidelines and applicable statues and procedures.
• Monitor all parts beings used by trades.
• Apply mechanically inclined skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Use SAP system, experience with SAP is an asset, will provide training.

Shift Requirements:

• Demonstrated strong attendance record
• Strong communication skills
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to complete all required paper work if applicable
• Attention to detail, ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shift as scheduled
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain housekeeping the Stock room
