ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Taking on Duty Manager and floor leadershipresponsibilities,when necessary, with priority.

  • Maintain a full understanding and implementation of Companyobjectivese.g. Stockroom and Delivery standardsfollowing the most recent SOP’s

  • Responsibleas a keyholder to open the store to receive and accept deliveries and on occasion, close the store.

  • Liaise and communicate with the StoreManagerdailyto ensure understanding of any issues that affect the stockroom and shop floor

  • Ensuringthestockroomiswell organised and that Company standards are adhered to andalwaysmaintainede.g. all stock is tagged,cubedand merchandised to Company standards using specialist equipment when necessary

  • Ensuring all deliveries are processed and productivity targets are consistently met

  • Lead the completion of RTV’s and communicate to store MTon completion rate and support needed.

  • Making sure the shopfloor is refilled accordinglyin a timely mannerdepending on the needs of the store.

  • Supportexternalteam with store inventory countsand follow up on shrinkage plan when needed

  • Actively manage the accuracy of the stock file throughidentifyingand correcting discrepancies, at the point of delivery.

  • Ensuring that the team is aware of any special stock situations, (understocked, overstocked) through effective analysis and communicationto store MT

  • Liaise with the Store Visual Merchandiser to manage stock to floor procedures in a structured and strategic manner.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Retail Stockroom and Delivery experiencerequired

  • Self-driven and leads own learning and development

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent communication skillsrequired

  • MustdemonstrateproficiencywithPC’sfor spreadsheets, word processing, and inventory software

  • Available to work occasional night shifts and must be available for inventory counts
