ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES
Taking on Duty Manager and floor leadershipresponsibilities,when necessary, with priority.
Maintain a full understanding and implementation of Companyobjectivese.g. Stockroom and Delivery standardsfollowing the most recent SOP’s
Responsibleas a keyholder to open the store to receive and accept deliveries and on occasion, close the store.
Liaise and communicate with the StoreManagerdailyto ensure understanding of any issues that affect the stockroom and shop floor
Ensuringthestockroomiswell organised and that Company standards are adhered to andalwaysmaintainede.g. all stock is tagged,cubedand merchandised to Company standards using specialist equipment when necessary
Ensuring all deliveries are processed and productivity targets are consistently met
Lead the completion of RTV’s and communicate to store MTon completion rate and support needed.
Making sure the shopfloor is refilled accordinglyin a timely mannerdepending on the needs of the store.
Supportexternalteam with store inventory countsand follow up on shrinkage plan when needed
Actively manage the accuracy of the stock file throughidentifyingand correcting discrepancies, at the point of delivery.
Ensuring that the team is aware of any special stock situations, (understocked, overstocked) through effective analysis and communicationto store MT
Liaise with the Store Visual Merchandiser to manage stock to floor procedures in a structured and strategic manner.

Self-driven and leads own learning and development
Excellent attention to detail
Fluent in English
Excellent communication skillsrequired
MustdemonstrateproficiencywithPC’sfor spreadsheets, word processing, and inventory software
Available to work occasional night shifts and must be available for inventory counts
