FLEXIBLE WORK WEEK In addition to the following, employees are responsible for understanding the relevance and importance of the individual’s activities in contributing to food safety, and reporting situations that may impact foodSTATEMENT OF THE JOB:This position will report directly to the Stockroom Supervisor, A main area of focus is using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for issuing, Receiving, tracking material. The employee must meet the following:Job Duties- The Receipt of all Maintenance Stores / Non Stores Items.- Accurate match up of incoming items with appropriate Purchase Order or Repair / Return Process.- Issuing material items against appropriate Work Orders or Cost Center Numbers.- Identifying Material items as Stores or Non Stores to ensure proper reorder of those items.- Proper shipping procedures to be followed when items are to be shipped from building.- Ordering of emergency material when Purchasing personnel are not present.- Set up new material numbers in CMMS.- Analyze Min/Max in CMMS to insure proper levels of stock.- Perform Cycle Counts of Inventory and process discrepancies.- Process and complete Reorder Reports in a timely manner.- Create requisitions in CMMS for Repair and Materials.- Convert Material Items to Consignment / VMI.- Process past due Purchase Orders with Kraft Buying Center / Vendors.- Process invoice exceptions in Smart Kart / SAP.- Assisting customers find parts / Materials.- Process past due requisitions with Kraft Buying Center / Vendors.- Responsible for tacking Serial Numbers on all Waukesha Pump Issues / Receipts on Excel database.- Maintain stockrooms to 5S Standards- Analyze overstock report to reduce dollar value impact to plant.- Track all new Projects / Material adds to stock on Excel database.- Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor REQUIREMENTS:- Must possess experience in research of industrial type machine parts utilizing manuals and vendor supplied catalogs and web sites- Must possess demonstrated use of different versions of measure such as fractions, decimals, metric, etc.- Must be familiar with shipping / receiving practices so as to identify, accurately, the method in which materials and supplies will be handled.- Must be able to recognize and identify and have working experience with industrial equipment items that are requested by the various maintenance personnel including: electricians, shop repair, general maintenance etc- Must possess strong interpersonal skills for dealing effectively with other employees as customers.- Know, understand, and comply with Kraft Food’s Environmental Policy.Safety Responsibility: Responsible for wearing proper PPE, compliance of safety training, policy & procedures and report any unsafe safety conditions to a Supervisor/Management.Quality Responsibility Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.EQUIPMENT OPERATED:CMMS computer system, Smart Kart, Fork truck, Cushman cart, Tools as required.RESPONSIBILITY OF EQUIPMENT OPERATED:Employee is responsible for assuring equipment is in a safe operable condition and must operate the equipment in a safe manner. Employee is responsible for filling out the Fork-lift pre-operation inspection check list and reporting any unsafe conditions to a Supervisor / Management.LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:5-75 pounds may be requiredWORKING CONDITIONS:Temperatures may range from 60-80 degrees F. Hearing protection, Bump cap & Safety glasses are required in all production areas.TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:1. Ability to support department goals / KPI and achieve results.2. Must have good verbal and written skills.3. Must be very organized, with good follow-up on issues.4. Possesses Demonstrative knowledge and Experience using CMMS.5. Must have the ability to learn additional CMMS requirements as system progresses or application changes.6. Ability to use spreadsheets, databases (i.e. Microsoft, Excel, etc.) and analytical tools.7. Must possess typing skills which are adequate to operate the CMMS system.
