JOB PURPOSE


We are hiring a Stockroom Operations professional to support the back of house function at our Bond Street store. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the flow, accuracy and care of our product, ensuring the sales floor is consistently supported. Through professionalism, organisation and pride in the Burberry brand, you will help create a seamless experience for store teams and customers alike. Burberry’s standards of craft and service are reflected as much behind the scenes as they are on the shop floor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day‑to‑day back of house operations, ensuring stock is received, processed and stored accurately.
  • Maintain stock integrity through regular checks, clear organisation and attention to detail.
  • Enable efficient product flow between stockroom and sales floor to support trading needs.
  • Partner closely with store teams to provide timely and reliable service.
  • Uphold health, safety and loss prevention standards within the stockroom environment.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Experience supporting stockroom or operational functions within a retail environment.
  • Organised and methodical, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Professional and dependable, taking pride in high standards of work.
  • Collaborative in approach, working effectively with a range of store teams.
