As the Stockroom Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring that our back-of-house is organised and finely tuned for optimal performance. By maintaining high standards and implementation of correction routines, you directly contribute to elevating both direct and indirect customer-service experiences. Your partnership with the management team is key to boosting profitability through smart logistics and efficient store operations. Together, we're not just running a store, but crafting an engaging and profitable store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process stock deliveries and shop floor replenishment
  • Create a highly organized stockroom following store operations best practices
  • Ensure size availability on the shop floor together with the Store Management team
  • Implement commercial activities including sales in the stockroom
  • Train all colleagues on store logistic training and best practices

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused: You enjoy engaging with people and are committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Adaptable and flexible: Adaptable and responsive to changing priorities and customer requests.
  • Action-oriented: Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done with quality.
  • Strong communicator: You have a genuine interest in people, communicate clearly, and actively listen to understand their perspectives and needs.
  • Eager to learn: Open to feedback and always looking for opportunities to grow and develop.
  • Brand enthusiast: You have a real passion for our brand and collection, and love sharing that enthusiasm with customers.
  • Schedule flexibility: Willing and able to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • English language skills

Preferable but not mandatory

  • Understanding of store operations & customer service skills from previous retail experience
  • Confident in offering customers advice on fashion trends, materials, sizing etc

Additional Information

This is a part-time position with a contract of 20 hours a week available in our Covent Garden store. Please apply by sending in your CV in English as soon as possible.
