Position:STOCKIST | LOS CABOS

Location:CHANEL BOUTIQUE ÁNIMA LOS CABOS

Reports to:BOUTIQUE MANAGER

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

To receive, verify, store, and properly care for all merchandise; organize transfers as requested; perform inventory counts; communicate and liaise appropriately and effectively with the Boutique Manager, while maintaining CHANEL standards of product knowledge and care, personal presentation, and teamwork at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Personal Presentation / Image

  • Arrive on time each day to carry out daily administrative duties, organize deliveries, and conduct stock counts when required.
  • Adhere at all times to the dress code, grooming, and conduct guidelines as specified in the CHANEL Charter.
  • Ensure stock areas are kept clean and organized at all times.

2. Client Experience / Relationship

  • Provide the highest level of service to colleagues at all times, including prompt response to stock and transfer requests.
  • When assisting on the boutique floor as required, apply CHANEL customer service standards.
  • Answer and direct telephone calls in a pleasant and professional manner.

3. Personal Effectiveness

  • Accurately receive all deliveries, ensuring incoming and outgoing merchandise matches the appropriate documentation, while maintaining the computerized inventory system accurately and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Unpack, price-check, and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
  • Ensure all goods and products are security tagged and stored with proper care.
  • Ensure all received merchandise is ready on the sales floor within the same day.
  • Organize returns and stock transfers as requested, liaising with colleagues and recipients as necessary.
  • Ensure communication with Head Office and boutique staff is clear regarding out-of-stock items, and communicate with Boutique Management and Head Office if issues arise.
  • Conduct daily counts and biannual boutique inventories. Perform inventory counts during inventory periods.
  • Ensure all storage areas are tidy and secure at all times.

4. Team Spirit

  • Communicate and liaise appropriately and effectively with colleagues and managers within the boutique, other boutiques, and CHANEL Head Office as required.
  • Work effectively and efficiently within the team, informing designated Sales Associates or Sales Specialists of deliveries.
  • Maintain a helpful and courteous attitude toward all colleagues, remaining reliable, supportive, and flexible according to business needs.
  • Ensure absolute confidentiality regarding business activities and internal Company matters at all times.

5. Boutique Operations

  • Complete all required administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established procedures and policies as appropriate.
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and security procedures and guidelines at all times.

6. Merchandising / Image / Product

  • Assist with maintaining relevant displays and ensuring prompt and correct replacement of sold products.

7. Training / Personal Development

  • Develop and maintain expert standards of product knowledge to be shared as appropriate.
  • Successfully participate in and complete all training provided, acquiring and applying high standards of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Participate actively and positively in any organized meetings.

8. Additional Duties

  • Additional duties may be assigned according to business needs and as requested by the Boutique Manager, Retail Operations Manager, or Fashion Division Director.
