Stocking Associate

The Stocking Associate is responsible for maintaining inventory levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor and storage areas are clean, stocked, and visually appealing. This role supports daily operations by receiving shipments, replenishing product, and assisting guests and team members as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Receive, unload, and process incoming merchandise and supplies.
• Stock shelves, displays, and storage areas in an organized and timely manner.
• Rotate product and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock audits.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and back-of-house areas.
• Break down boxes and properly dispose of packing materials.
• Assist in setting up displays, promotional areas, and seasonal merchandise.
• Communicate low stock levels and inventory needs to leadership.
• Follow daily department checklists and stocking priorities.
• Support team members with merchandise requests and restocking needs.
• Assist guests with locating items as needed.
• Follow all safety guidelines when lifting, stocking, and moving merchandise.
• Maintain accurate labeling and pricing of stocked items.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support department operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous stocking, warehouse, or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise (up to 30–50 lbs).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays preferred.
