Who we are

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce, and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of over 140 people with more than 35 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun, and beautiful place to work. Now we’re looking for someone to join us and help keep things moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Your Responsibilities:

• You’ll primarily be stamping (cutting) leather with our automated leather cutting machine
• You’ll assist us in the production, finishing, and quality control of our leather products
• You’ll support us in the production of our packaging boxes using the stapling machine
• You’ll help with the production and packaging of goods and products
• You’ll assist with the storage of materials and help maintain accurate inventory records (e.g. stock counts)
• You’ll ensure cleanliness and order in the production site

Your Profile:

• Ideally, you already have experience with automated leather cutting machine or other large machinery
• You‘re comfortable standing and moving during work and are physically enduring
• You’re comfortable working late shifts (Mo-Fr from 13:30-22:00)
• You’re motivated, focused, and organized
• You can easily adapt to changing requirements and new challenges
• You enjoy working according to structured workflows
• You enjoy working in a team and contributing ideas and solutions proactively
• You have good English language skills; German is a plus
