Job Description

In the Chanel Boutique in Brussels, you will assist the stock manager and support the store's operations.

The internship focuses on the following tasks :

  • Daily support in stock management :
  • Receiving merchandise and performing individual product checks
  • Replenishing stock
  • Organizing incoming and outgoing transfers between stores
  • Organizing and maintaining both physical and digital stock records
  • Organizing and participating in cycle counts
  • Monitoring and controlling reservations
  • Keeping work tools organized and replenishing supplies on the sales floor (packaging, wrapping)

In-Store Activity :

Depending on customer traffic, peak activity periods, or the absence of a team member, you may be asked to assist in the backoffice or on the sales floor.

  • Supporting sales advisors (greeting customers, gift wrapping, after-sales service)
  • Optimizing stock
  • Preparing events and client gifts
  • Conducting stock or store-related analyses

Profile:

  • Rigor, adaptability, initiative, autonomy, and excellent interpersonal skills are key to succeeding in this role
  • French, English, and Flemish are spoken in the store.
  • The internship is carried out in uniform when present in the store.
