About the role

As a Stock Manager, you lead the flow of materials, components, and finished goods across ICEYE's manufacturing operations, ensuring the right parts are available at the right time to support production. You will own inventory management, warehousing, and inbound/outbound logistics across multiple sites, working closely with Procurement, Production Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to keep materials moving efficiently through a fast-paced, rapidly scaling supply chain.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you will develop the warehouse and logistics team, manage relationships with freight providers and logistics partners, and drive continuous improvement to build the systems and processes that support ICEYE's growth.

This is a talent pool posting.

We are building our Lisbon manufacturing organisation ahead of site ramp-up. We expect this role to open formally in Q4 2026. Applying now registers your interest early and puts you at the front of the process when the req goes live.

  • Coordinate with procurement, production planning, and quality teams to align logistics activity with broader supply chain and manufacturing priorities.

  • Manage the handling, packaging, and transport of sensitive and high value aerospace components in line with quality standards such as AS9100 and relevant ECSS requirements.
