
Ukpeaġvik Iñupiat Corporation is seeking a Stock Director to provide strategic leadership for the Stock Department, ensuring high-quality administrative operations and exceptional service to shareholders and the Board of Directors. This role oversees shareholder services, manages time-sensitive initiatives, and upholds strict confidentiality standards while driving efficiency, accuracy, and responsiveness across department functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-driven, and committed to operational excellence and customer service.

Working Conditions:
Primary work location is UIC’s corporate headquarters in Utqiaġvik, Alaska.
Frequent travel required to Anchorage, other areas within Alaska, and occasionally to the Lower 48.
Occasional visits to community events, shareholder meetings, or educational/outreach activities may occur outside of regular business hours.
Work is typically performed in a professional office environment.
Extended periods of computer use and screen time.
May be required to work beyond normal business hours during peak periods (e.g., audits, budgeting, board meetings).
Regular interaction with executive leadership, board members, subsidiaries, and external partners.
Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive financial and corporate information.
