Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Hybrid arrangement, providing both flexibility and in-office engagement

Key Duties

  • Providing administrative support to various departments, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
  • Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and organizing documents and records
  • Handling inventory and supplies, including some light to moderate lifting tasks
  • Assisting with data entry and general office management tasks
  • Liaising with team members to ensure timely completion of projects

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to handle light to moderate lifting as required by certain tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
