Description

We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our Fleet Engineering team. You will play a key role in managing aircraft parts, materials, and inventory across our main operating base, deployed locations, and third-party maintenance facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage aircraft parts and materials, including stock control, audits, stock rotation, and shelf-life monitoring.
  • Prepare and issue aircraft spares, tools, and materials for scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Support engineers by ensuring serviceable parts are available when required.
  • Deploy and recover fly-away packs supporting remote operations, including out-of-hours activities when necessary.
  • Process unserviceable aircraft components for repair, overhaul, or servicing.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems.
  • Handle and control hazardous materials in line with company procedures and industry regulations.
  • Maintain storage facilities to required regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Manage controlled and sensitive equipment, including military, restricted, and export-controlled items.
  • Support cost-effective stock management and transportation activities.
  • Provide support and cover for tool store operations when required.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and accurate record keeping

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a stock control, stores, logistics, or warehouse environment.
  • Experience using computerised inventory or stock management systems.
  • Experience conducting stock checks and audits.
  • Strong administration and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Valid UK driving licence
