Job Description

Job Purpose:

To maintain stock accuracy and investigate stock issues within the warehouse. This involves many tasks from counting with the PI team, completing ASM claims and answer stock queries

Responsibilities:

• PI counting with the Stock Management team
• Discrepancy investigation
• Random Quality Audit and Count
• Complete stock checks of current inventory and any previous adjustments.
• Processing Stock Adjustment and follow-up with approval authorities.
• Ensure swift resolution to customer issues internally and externally
• Identify opportunities for improvements in processes to raise standards of performance.
• Work to company health and safety standards
• To maintain company housekeeping standards through daily monitoring and taking appropriate corrective action.
• To count and maintain the warehouse stock file within the required cycles or nominated times to ensure errors can be picked up quickly and rectified
• Deal with email and telephone calls from purchasing/finance/customer service in a prompt and professional manner to ensure that the relevant information is communicated across the group
• To process miss pick/overs hip ensuring accuracy of stock records

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• SAP experience
• Advanced level skills in MS office applications
• Must have own transport
• Be flexible with hours of work
