Job Category Inventory

Primarily receives, unpacks, stores, distributes, records, and tracks inventory for materials and products used by the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Upon receipt of goods in stockroom, unpack and place into correct storing location by checking ERP system.
• Organize hardware and mark as necessary to place into correct storing location
• Run reports from ERP system to ensure work orders are being pulled and issued to the assembly floor.
• Count appropriate hardware, issue to work orders, adjust ERP system and take to next operation.
• Recommend items needing to be replenished to Purchasing Manager
• Keep inventory accurate by performing inventory cycle counts and compare to ERP system

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE

• 1-3 years experience with inventory management systems preferred but will train on our system

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational skills
• Computer and math skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision
• Sitting or standing for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
