VTS Stock Clerks (SC) perform all tasks and services necessary to operate WR-ALC Issue Centers (HTA’s), replenish Point of Use lockers and cabinets, and service/inspect Bulk HM/Gases issue points. Assignments may be full-time and/or part-time as necessary to support a 2-shift operation, 6 days per week. Due to the potential for fluctuating customer production schedules, SC schedules may vary from week to week and at times daily. The Stock Clerk is responsible to receive, label, store, issue, turn in, decant, POU replenishment, coordinate with Supply Team, receive, run reports, and conduct an inventory of hazardous material (HM) in support of WR-ALC Artisans. SCs shall perform all of their duties in accordance with the contract Performance Work Statement (PWS), VTS Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and all other applicable governing directives.

* WEBFLIS * Hazardous Materials/HMIRs
* Antiterrorism Level 1 * Combating Trafficking in Persons
* Counterintelligence * Cyber awareness
* milConnet * General Security Training (OPSEC, Info SeC, etc.)
* Personally Identifiable Information * Shelf-Life Management
* Storage and Handling of Hazardous Materials * Compressed Gas Cylinders Course
* VTS’ SPCC Plan * First Responder Awareness
* VTS Int Training (Indoc, SOPs, and OJT) * HM Transportation
* Other training as assigned
