At Rebag, our Seasonal PT Operations/Stock Associate – Up to 29 hours per week, assisting with our operations day covering our store location.

Core Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of operational activities which included, but are not limited to; process incoming shipments and receiving of merchandise.
• Ensure inventory control and accuracy by following proper procedures and best practice.
• Pull and pack fulfillments, unpack and tag specific boxes according to schedule
• Inspect the quality and condition of new merchandise, repricing and inventory count
• Preparation and shipment of outgoing merchandise and transfers.
• Maintain supply levels and communicate needs to the Assistant Store Director/Store Director.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom that meets both visual and operational standards.
• Greets and acknowledges customers with a friendly and engaging attitude.
• Assists the management team with general housekeeping tasks.
• Perform and support any other ad-hoc duties as assigned within the Retail team scope

Qualifications:

• We are looking for candidates with luxury fashion experience in sales and have knowledge of the luxury resale market
• Knowledge of fulfillment and shipping process is a plus
• Comfortable standing on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift a maximum of 40 lbs based on needs of the role.
• Experience in stock or receiving, preferably in retail

This position is a temporary role. This ends on December 31st with the possibility to become permanent.
