About the Role

As part of the Operations team, the Stock Assistant plays a key role in ensuring the smooth management of daily deliveries, stock organisation and inventory activities, contributing to operational excellence and to the overall CHANEL client experience.

What You Will Do

  • Apply the European procedures of the Fashion Division.
  • Manage product flows, including the physical receipt of merchandise, stock placement, replenishment and reorganisation.
  • Ensure accurate product labelling.
  • Replenish packaging areas and manage weekly packaging orders.
  • Prepare transfers between boutiques and related shipments, both physically and within systems.
  • Participate in daily, monthly and annual inventories (RFID and physical counts).
  • Report stock discrepancies, issues and damaged items.
  • Manage returns of merchandise to central warehouses in line with internal procedures.

What You Bring

  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in retail, ideally within the luxury sector.
  • A dynamic, flexible and organised mindset.
  • Knowledge of systems related to merchandise and stock management.
