Beaumont Home Health

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM - 5PM)

Beaumont Home Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide personal care and daily living support to patients in their homes.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, and other personal care
  • Assist with meals, laundry, light housekeeping, and mobility
  • Support ambulation and range-of-motion exercises as directed
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the care team
  • Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Follow the patient’s plan of care, company policies, and state regulations
  • Travel to patients’ homes within the assigned service area

Requirements

  • 1 year of nurse aide experience required
  • STNA certification or completion of a 75-hour CNA/nurse aide training program
  • Skills competency test score of 80% or higher
  • Compassionate, dependable, and able to work well with patients and families
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
