What will you do?

The Plant Supervisor manages daily production functions within the plant, focusing on development, management, and motivation of production personnel to increase productivity and improve efficiencies.

  • Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Maintaining a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

  • Collaborating with multiple departments to meet production targets and quality standards.

  • Supervising and mentoring team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.

  • Analyzing production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.

How will you do it?

  • Take ownership of production outcomesby ensuring schedules and quality standards are consistently met, maintaining accountability and integrity in all actions.

  • Address operational challenges proactivelyby focusing on the key aspects of the production process, ensuring smooth workflows and removing obstacles for your team.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiativesthrough regular evaluations and collaborative problem-solving, fostering an environment of innovation and progress.

  • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work culturethat values diverse perspectives and builds trust, ensuring all team members contribute towards shared success.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, production management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least one year in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve operational processes.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Commitment to safety and quality standards.
