The role of Fashion Advisor is pivotal in shaping the client experience, fostering brand loyalty, driving sales performance, and representing the CHANEL brand’s image and legacy. Its uniqueness lies in the combination of personalized client service and strategic relationship management.
In this role you will report to the Boutique Sales Manager and will closely collaborate with the Learning and Visual merchandising experts, Stock and Cash specialists, After-Sales and Alteration teams.

Client Experience and Personalization The fundamental impact is to provide a unique and memorable journey for clients, tailoring the boutique experience to each individual, and offering exceptional service that reflects CHANEL's brand values. This includes greeting clients warmly, presenting and selling products, and personalizing the service to local and prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management (Clienteling): You will be the person building and maintaining a robust client database, nurturing special relationships with each client, and ensuring their loyalty to CHANEL. This involves engaging with both active and sleeping clients, recruiting new ones, and leveraging digital tools to extend the CHANEL experience beyond the boutique visit.
Brand Representation: As a brand ambassador you will embody the CHANEL allure, effectively communicating the House’s style, history, and codes. It is essential to be knowledgeable about CHANEL's heritage and fashion trends to inspire clients and cater to their desires.
Sales and Business Growth: Directly contributing to business performance by driving personal sales goals, being aware of boutique inventory, and providing feedback from clients on collections to managers. This also includes participating in the buying process by suggesting ideas that could refine the boutique’s selection.
