Job Description

As Stockist your responsibility will be to support the organisation of the stock area in our Istinye Park Boutique, the proper placement of deliveries and the support of the Sales team in bringing the products from the warehouse.

The position is based in İstanbul İstinye Park Boutiqueand reports hierarchically to the Boutique Operations Manager.

What impact you can create at Chanel

• Completion of the in-store settlement of the products received by the Stock Manager
• Preparation of products to be transferred and placement of incoming products.
• Organising the warehouse as a result of the guidance of the Stock Manager, maintaining the order continuously
• Organising the warehouse of package materials, taking them to the boutique and counting them
• In line with the request of the sales team, bringing the products from the warehouses to the shelves to support sales and placing the unsold products back to the warehouse
• Compliance with all stock-related procedures
• Fulfilment of all tasks assigned by the stock manager (except CHANEL system uses, product delivery, RFID, transfer, exit or acceptance)
• Compliance with company internal procedures

What you will bring

• Minimum 2 years of a similar role experience preferably within the luxury or high-end fashion retail industry
• Minimum university degree
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications and use of point of sale systems with the ability to use these systems to run reports, manage stock etc.
• High level of communication skills
• High degree of ethics and obsession with customer service and satisfaction
• Native speaking in Turkish
• Fluent in English, good written and verbal communications skills.
