About the job: Stewards/Kitchen Helpers

Work location: Dubai, UAE

As a Stewards/Kitchen Helpers, you are responsible to directly report to the Chef In-Charge or Commies of your shift and to help the kitchen team in the tasks assigned by them. Your general duties and responsibilities are mentioned below for your acknowledgement.

Responsibilities

• Follow the instructions of Chef In-charge or Commies of your shift and work in the area designated by Chef In-charge.
• Collect and wash up pots and pans.
• Clean food preparation areas and equipment, in addition to crockery and cutlery.
• Ensure basic cleaning jobs are carried out as quickly as possible.
• Ensuring cleaning procedures in your area are followed and that the Kitchen is organized at all times.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Keep the storeroom organized.
• Keep work surfaces, walls and floors clean and sanitized.
• Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently, wear clean uniform.
• Hands-on and present at all times during peak hours.
• Always speak in polite and respectable manner with your colleague with a very minimal voice.
