British American Tobacco Bangladesh has an exciting opportunity for a Stewardship Officer – Rangpur

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct regular field visits and engage directly with farmers within the assigned territory.
  • Perform stewardship, governance, and compliance-related activities.
  • Carry out audits and monitor adherence to operational standards.
  • Analyze field and operational data and prepare reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
  • Support sustainability and leaf operations initiatives.
  • Balance field-based responsibilities with office-based reporting and analysis activities.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Agricultural Economics, Soil Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related Science discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Up to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in field environments.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to ride a motorbike within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work independently.
