About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Stewarding Supervisor to join the Stewarding team in Jumeirah Olhahali Island

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• To ensure that guest expectations are exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service.

• Conduct frequent spot-checks within the stewarding section to monitor compliance with the establishment's procedures, hygiene, storage and par stocks and record findings.

• Efficiently implement all SOPs, monitor and ascertain their professional execution.

• Ensure the proper maintenance of all equipment's and machineries used in Stewarding duties.

• Prepare cleaning schedule for all areas on a monthly basis.

• Monitor daily breakage of materials/supplies and propose corrective actions as required.

• Ensure proper cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene of all kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, and cutlery.

• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety, and equipment handling.

• Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and discipline.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience within the same role.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in English

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to manage the stewarding areas in multiple locations and ensure all operations run smoothly.
