1.Assist in all respects of Chief Steward's requests to lead the Stewarding Associates in providing proper cleaning to all areas as assigned.
2.Ensure that all food and beverage back of house areas are cleaned to our hotel’s standards and that no infringements of Health and Safety regulations are allowed.
3. Assist in departmental training program and is directly responsible for implementation, respect of FSR requirement in stewarding department and upkeep of the various forms
