RACV Healesville Country Club provides guests with the perfect Yarra Valley retreat. Our Fitness Centre is fully equipped with a 25-metre heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room, gymnasium and group fitness room.
About the Opportunity
As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will help oversee the day-to-day operations of our stewarding team, ensuring our kitchens, restaurants, events and conferencing facilities are supported by clean, organised and efficient back-of-house operations. Working closely with the wider Food & Beverage team, you will lead by example, support team members and help maintain exceptional standards across RACV Healesville Country Club & Resort.
As a hospitality driven role, flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is required.

What you’ll need to be Successful
Previous experience in a similar role ideal
Experience in 4 and 5* hotels
Strong leadership skills
Strong organisation and time management skills
A positive can-do attitude within the team
Ability to work quickly and efficiently
Able to work autonomously
