🔎 About the Role

As a Stewarding Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in our team, contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for leadership, and luxury hospitality.

🌟 What You’ll Do

    • Supervise and actively participate in the cleaning of all Kitchen and Back of House areas.
    • Be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Stewarding department whilst ensuring that the highest standards are maintained at all times.
    • Establish thorough cleaning specifications, in manual format, and introduce same by conducting effective training programs.
    • Inform the Chief Steward immediately of any sickness or absence within the department.
    • Ensure that the proper cleaning material and quantity of same are used for the correct purpose and thus ensuring that over-usage is minimised.
    • Ensure that the storage of all equipment and cleaning materials is safe and orderly at all times.
    • Notify immediately a senior member of any faulty/unsafe equipment practices.
    • Ensure that the availability and highest standard of cleanliness of cutlery and crockery are provided as and when required.
