The Stewarding Manager oversees the day-to-day operation of the stewarding department. Responsible for total maintenance and sanitation in all food production service areas, as well as night cleaning of property.
The ideal candidate should possess 3 years of supervisory experience in Stewarding, have good organizational skills, and knowledge of inventory management. In addition, the candidate should be able to supervise, develop, train, and coach a staff. This position requires AM/PM work, along with weekends and holidays; the candidate must be open to a flexible schedule. Fluency of Spanish a plus. SNHD Food Handler Safety Training Card required, ServSafe Certification required within 60 days of hire.
Salaried position, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, Marriott Explore Travel Program discount. $50,000 - $55,000
