Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de stewards de línea en las labores de limpieza y sanitización de cocinas, equipos, utensilios y áreas de trabajo.
Mantener control de inventarios, requisiciones y almacenamiento de vajillas, cristalería y cubertería.
Asegurar la correcta operación de lavavajillas industriales y demás equipos de limpieza.
Monitorear el cumplimiento de normas de higiene, inocuidad y seguridad ocupacional
Apoyar en el montaje y desmontaje de banquetes, buffets y eventos especiales.
Participar en auditorías internas y externas, asegurando registros actualizados.
Colaborar con Banquetes y Alimentos & Bebidas para cubrir necesidades de logística y operación.
Entrenar a nuevos stewards en procedimientos de limpieza, seguridad y uso de químicos.
Proponer mejoras operativas para optimizar tiempos, insumos y procesos de limpieza.
