Black Desert Resort, located in the stunning landscape of Southern Utah, offers an ultra-premium experience with world-class accommodations, fine dining, championship golf, and premium event spaces. The Stewarding Department plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the resort’s kitchens and banquet operations.
The Steward Supervisor at Black Desert Resort is responsible for overseeing the stewarding team, ensuring all cleaning, sanitation, and organization tasks are completed efficiently and according to resort standards. Reporting to the Stewarding Manager, this role ensures that all kitchen and back-of-house areas are well-maintained, properly stocked, and fully operational for daily service. The Steward Supervisor will also assist with inventory control, scheduling, and training of stewarding staff.

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
